Disruption and creation are not always locked in a creative cycle. Uber, the Mongol horde of disruption and destruction. That is why l like the one FinTech out of many that I interviewed. The founders have moved into the "move steady and build things" frame of mind. Steadiness is needed for foundations to be laid, research conducted, and innovation to take root. Time to stop trying to move fast and break things (although Uber seems to have slowed down ages ago).
