I am intrigued. In Africa, cashless payments in the low income sectors of low income countries have proven to be the lifeline for the poorest. Dumb and smart phone access has proven highly successful in countries in chaos like Somalia, and rapidly emerging countries like Kenya and South Africa. Why do you think that the American poor cannot adapt to this?
